I manage a team of skilled and enthusiastic ad hoc researchers, and provide the lead on work for a broad range of clients such as Royal Mail, the Financial Times, the Home Office and Volkswagen. I have fifteen years experience in research and five years in brand strategy working for the likes of Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch Inbev and Daimler. Beyond ‘brand’, my work at Quadrangle is about delivering customer and consumer understanding to our clients and effectively communicating the business implications.
