I’ve been at Quadrangle for over 8 years and in that time I’ve really enjoyed being a part of a growing and successful agency that undertakes some pretty amazing work. I really enjoy how we blend old and new qualitative approaches to help meet our clients’ business goals, and our methodological neutral stance means I get to show my love of numbers too. Working with client stakeholders and their target customers in extended creative sessions is always highly rewarding. The value our clients gain from talking and working with real people and the impact it has on updating their knowledge and thinking is unparalleled. I’ve seen this – dare I say – enlightenment on a number of recent projects including one to help develop a customer centric home and mortgage buying process and experience.
