I’m a Director at Quadrangle with over 10 years of experience helping the likes of O2, PepsiCo and Which? to create and keep customers. My expertise lies in developing industry leading Customer Performance Measurement systems that describe, predict and improve how brands are doing at delivering on the things that matter to customers. These systems integrate multiple sources of research and data that are used to improve customer experiences – from identifying customer pain points through to real-time evaluation of initiatives as they are implemented.
