I am most proud of when, through combining research and behavioural data, we uncover actionable insight that helps our clients improve their customers’ experience.

I’m a Senior Research Manager at Quadrangle and joined the business in 2012. I have been working predominantly on our O2 Tracking study and am most proud of how we have supported them in building a measurement system that, along with their behavioural, data allows us to uncover actionable insight. It’s when insights that we have uncovered are actioned and we see the subsequent positive impact on customer experience that gives me the biggest thrill.
