I love it when we help clients see their customers in a different light.

I’m a Research Director at Quadrangle, having joined in 2007. I really enjoy the alchemy process that builds commercially applicable insight out of research, data or context. I love work that uses a bit of everything – I find that clients really engage when the numbers, themes and commercial context all point in the same direction. When I’m not thinking about behaviours and attitudes, I relax with my young family, love my food, enjoy a good run and when I get time, dabble in mountain biking. I also try to catch up with out of date box sets.
