Customer expectations are¬†generally positive outlook towards digital. Our Post-digital Customer Report details 70% who think that modern technology has ‘improved people’s lives’ while 64% say that it ‘helps me organise my life’. A similar number, 64%, say it ‘makes my life easier.’
