Using the power of ethnography, and combining both film and customer observation, we helped Lloyds Banking Group uncover the deeper truths and nuances of key moments in the lives of the bank’s customers. This understanding was used to inform Lloyds’ ‘For Your Next Step’ brand campaign, which is fueled by the customer themes uncovered through our work.
