Filming insights from dinner with highly affluent customers

One of the generic challenges for brands that have a highly affluent customer base is to find a way to engage them in a dialogue about the brand, in the face of the many demands they have on their time. We helped Mastercard deal with this challenge by arranging for a professional crew to take create a broadcast-quality insight film that our client described as having more value for the Mastercard business than any number of focus groups. The film was used to create advertising that connected better with the mindset and vernacular of Mastercard’s higher net worth card-holders.
