Re-defining the Commercial bank.

We helped Lloyds Banking Group understand and then tailor their offer towards their existing SME customers, using a combination of database analysis, qualitative and quantitative understanding. Our work fed into a complete redesign of their operating model, with servicing strategy aligned to a combination of customer needs and future potential value. Changes included the launch of a new direct banking solution aimed at sub-£1M turnover businesses, and a new ‘relationship banking’ proposition targeted at £1-15M turnover SMEs.
