Exploring, defining and playing into the ‘new normal’ in modern Britain.

We worked in close partnership with our client, a leading UK brand, to explore how deep changes in contemporary society relating to e.g. work, identity, lifestyle, mobility, relationships, etc. are re-defining our notion of what comprises ‘family/ social units’ and creating new home-buying needs. Using qualitative and quantitative methods with film to explore and define the ‘new normal’ in modern Britain, we helped our client develop a genuinely innovative mortgage offer to play directly into these new needs. Our work has underpinned the development of the Business Case, and full market launch will take place later in 2018.
